little is not to be seen in this context in terms of size, but rather a recurrent motif useful in both a rhythmic syntactic sense and also as a qualifier meant to add flavor and subtract overdubs, that is to say, possibly ludicrous "fenestration"

a series of proclamatory, rather too wound tight, vaguely syllogistic statements can be no substitute, and is quite possibly a lure away from, something more effectively genial
